Exhibit Rates & Information
Make your presence known to a focused group of genetic counselors in the NSGC Exhibitor Suite. All booth inclusions and rates are provided below. Deadline to submit a contract is August 21st, 2024.
Standard Exhibit Rate (10'X10')
- For-Profit: $4,100
- Non-Profit*: $2,700
Corner Fee: $500 per corner
*Non-profits are categorized as non-profit academic or medical affiliated laboratories or programs.
Booth Inclusions
Per (1) 10'X10' exhibit space:
- One (1) Standard 6’ Dressed Table
- Two (2) Chairs
- One (1) Wastebasket
- One (1) 7” x 44” Company Identification Sign
- 8' High Backwall Drape (not included in island booths)
- 3' High Sidewalls Drape (not included in island booths)
- Mobile App Company Listing
- Two (2) complimentary Exhibit Hall Only registration badges (additional registrants must pay the standard registration fee to attend the event)
Booth carpeting or other professional flooring is required. Flooring along with furnishings, audio visual, internet, and electrical services may be contracted and purchased through the Exhibitor Services Kit that will be made available online in May 2024.
Patient Advocacy Pavilion
The goal of the pavilion is to create a space for attendees to meet with nonprofits devoted to assisting patients and their families with support. The fee for the pavilion is $1,000 per exhibitor and will include:
- One (1) complimentary Exhibit Hall Only registration (additional registrants must pay the standard registration fee to attend the event)
- Carpeting
- One (1) 6' Skirted Standard Height Table
- Two (2) Chairs
- One (1) Wastebasket
- Mobile App Listing
Note: It will not be a traditional 10x10 booth and there will some restrictions on what you can bring due to the limited space. Electricity not included.
