Be recognized as the exclusive wireless sponsor at the conference for all meeting space and common areas. Receive recognition in the marketing materials, onsite signage and the network name (if applicable at venue). Network name and password approval pending NSGC review. In the event that the conference is fully virtual, you will be recognized as a supporter of the conference platform which includes recognition on the platform and in pre-conference marketing materials.

Promote your company with a short video that runs within 5 minutes prior to all sessions taking place in the plenary session room as attendees enter and is repeated as they depart. Video will run on monitors just outside of the plenary session room. Showcase your company with this fun and interactive sponsorship. Video subject to review and approval by NSGC. In the event that the conference is fully virtual, this sponsorship will convert to a pop-up video within the platform lasting for (1) day or throughout the main conference days. 

Attendees are encouraged to download the conference mobile app to assist with planning their time at the conference. The app allows attendees to create schedules, view exhibitors, see the exhibit floor map, take notes, respond to polls, provide survey feedback and much more. Consider making your company the opening splash page so attendees see your image every time they log on.

In 2023, NSGC estimates over 8,000 tweets will be sent using the #NSGC23 conference hashtag. Join in the conversation on Twitter by sponsoring the social media page with embedded twitter feed. Your logo will be displayed on the social media page and will also include (2) sponsored Twitter posts during the conference. All content and distribution dates are at the discretion of NSGC and subject to review.

Reach conference attendees on their mobile devices directly! Connect with attendees by sending a push notification directly to the home. In 2023, NSGC estimates over 2,900 downloads. Your company will create a message of up to 140 characters and NSGC will push this out to attendees. Content of message subject to NSGC approval and will be sent at time mutually agreed upon with NSGC. Final decision on release of this message is at the discretion of show management. Not available for promotion of sponsored meal sessions.

An opportunity to host an official offsite networking function in Chicago! This will be an informal evening with hors d’oeuvres at a local restaurant of your choosing. The Social Networking Function will provide a select group of attendees an opportunity for networking, stimulating conversation, and peer learning. NSGC will promote in the mobile app and in pre-event marketing materials. Sponsor to manage RSVPs on own and responsible for all rental and food and beverage costs associated with the event. The option for a virtual networking experience is included. Additional costs may apply. 

Providing NSGC members with opportunities to further their practice and professional development is a cornerstone to our Society. NSGC Annual Conference scholarships will be awarded to applicants who have met the required criteria and have been selected by the Scholarship Subcommittee.

Genetic counselors will appreciate a complimentary refreshment during the reception. Sponsor to select two specialty wines or three craft beer from the catering menu. A bartender will be there during the reception to pour and answer questions. Sponsor can scan badges and demo products. 

• Signage of the wine/craft beer sponsors will be placed on bar
• Mobile app push notification sent at the kick-off of the reception, highlighting the sponsors and booth numbers
• NSGC to provide 30 bottles of wine or 100 beers, Sponsor will be notified when the limit has been hit. Sponsor can choose to purchase more wine or beer directly from the center.

Be sure attendees see your logo on napkins as they enjoy the reception. NSGC will market the reception on signage, in the mobile app and in a promotional conference email. Sponsor is required to provide food & beverage. The option for a virtual networking experience is included. Additional costs may apply.

Add a healthy food treat for attendees to enjoy at one of the breaks outside the Exhibitor Suite during the conference.  NSGC will provide soft drinks, and the sponsoring company will provide a food option of their choice for 1,000 attendees.  Sponsor is responsible for cost of food and can display promotional literature during break. 

You have the opportunity to be the exclusive host of a reception in the Exhibitor Suite. Be sure attendees see your logo on napkins as they enjoy the reception. NSGC will market the reception in the mobile app, marketing materials and in a promotional conference email. Sponsor is required to provide food & beverage for 1,000 attendees. Sponsor can also add entertainment subject to NSGC approval. 

Make an impact at NSGC’s reception by sponsoring drink tickets for attendees.  NSGC produces drink tickets for distribution with registration. Company logo and/or short message to be displayed on drink tickets.

Help NSGC attendees stay happy and healthy while attending the NSGC Annual Conference! Sponsor wellness activities such as chair yoga, meditation sessions, or talks with occupational therapists and dietitians during predetermined breaks in the NSGC conference schedule. NSGC will market the individual wellness sessions in the mobile, marketing materials and in a promotional conference email. Sponsor is responsible for booking wellness activity and costs associated with activity. Activity is subject to prior approval by NSGC.

This program drives traffic to booths of participating vendors and generates additional floor traffic throughout the entire Exhibitor Suite. Attendees explore the Exhibitor Suite and have their digital passport “stamped” from each of the participating exhibitors. All completed entries will be eligible for a prize drawing that will be conducted in the final hours the Exhibitor Suite is open. Sponsors are required to provide the prize(s) to be awarded.

Be one of three exhibitors during Thursday* or Friday Exhibitor Suite hours to offer a tasty snack or beverage selected. This requires that all sponsors provide at least 150 servings of the chosen item.
 *Please note, sponsorship only allows for non-alcoholic beverage items. Any food or beverage item handed out from an exhibitor’s booth that is not purchased through the center is subject to corkage fees. Furthermore, any food or beverage items being given out at your booth that exceeds the quantity of 50 items will require a sponsorship from NSGC.

Place your branding on column wraps located in prominent locations throughout the meeting space. These wraps display your message and logo throughout the day. Limited to one (1) column wrap per company with three (3) total available to ensure visibility of message is maintained. Column wrap design provided by sponsor and content subject to NSGC approval. Sponsor produces their own wrap with NSGC’s recommended dimensions. 

Limited to one sponsor for all available escalator banks. Size specifications will be provided by NSGC Show Management. Sponsor to produce and design clings. Design must be approved by NSGC. 

Located in prominent locations throughout the meeting space, these window clings would display your message and logo throughout the conference. Limited to two (2) window clings per company with three (3) total available locations. Window cling design provided by sponsor and content subject to NSGC approval.

Surprise attendees by arranging for a small giveaway or welcome package to be placed in their sleeping room on the peak arrival day. Number of headquarter hotels is subject to location. If there is more than one, you have the option to choose to do one or both. Sponsor responsible for production cost, shipping and any hotel room drop fees. Collateral subject to NSGC approval.

Have the first touch point with attendees when they arrive at their hotel room with a (1) page piece of collateral. Number of headquarter hotels is subject to location. If there is more than one, you have the option to choose to do one or both. One room drop per day. Sponsor responsible for production cost, shipping and any hotel room drop fees. Collateral subject to NSGC approval. 

Put the logo of your company in every hand of NSGC attendees staying at the headquarter hotel(s) by sponsoring the hotel key cards. Sponsor to provide keycard artwork. Artwork must include NSGC logo and is subject to NSGC approval.
