Networking Opportunities

Host an official NSGC Annual Conference offsite networking event in Baltimore. This informal evening reception, held at a local restaurant of your choice, will feature hors d’oeuvres and provide attendees with opportunities for networking, conversation, and peer learning.

NSGC will promote the sponsor in the mobile app and in pre-event marketing materials. The sponsor is responsible for managing RSVPs and covering all venue, rental, and food and beverage costs.

Limited quantities available

Serve as the exclusive sponsor of the First-Time Attendee 101 & Networking Reception, designed to welcome new attendees and help them make the most of their conference experience.
 
The sponsor is responsible for all food and beverage costs, which are not included in the sponsorship fee. Sponsors may provide branded napkins for use during the reception.
 
NSGC will recognize the sponsor on event signage, in the mobile app, and in a promotional conference email.

Meeting space is available to host meetings for Annual Conference attendees (private meetings with attendees, hosted receptions, hospitality suites, or any function where conference attendees outside of your company employees will be in attendance). Companies must exhibit or sponsor to request Ancillary event space. Requests for space will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. If NSGC does not have space available, the sponsor can source their own space. All ancillary event requests must receive NSGC approval and are subject to an ancillary event fee regardless of where they are held. Ancillary events cannot be scheduled during black out times.
