Help new professionals get on their feet and seasoned professionals update their look by sponsoring a headshot lounge in the exhibit hall. Sponsor responsible for contracting photographer(s) and makeup artist(s). Additional space required for lounge must be purchased by sponsor.

Genetic counselors will appreciate a complimentary refreshment during the reception. NSGC will provide a bartender, bar with wine or beer for 150 conference attendees. Sponsors can scan badges and demo products. Mobile app push notification sent at the kick-off of the reception, highlighting the sponsor and booth numbers. Sponsor may purchase more wine or beer directly from the center. Limited quantities available.

Be one of three exhibitors during Exhibit Hall hours to offer a tasty snack or non-alcoholic beverage selected to attendees. Sponsor to work with center directly to provide minimum of 150 servings. Limited quantities available.

Note:  Food or beverage items not purchased through the center is subject to corkage fees. Furthermore, any food or beverage items being given out at your booth that exceeds the quantity of 50 items will require a sponsorship from NSGC.

Increase your attendee exposure through this customized incentive to drive traffic to your booth. Attendees will receive a passport game card with the participating sponsors name and booth number. All completed entries will be eligible for a prize drawing that will be conducted in the final hours the Exhibit Hall is open. If requested, winners will be directed to the applicable exhibitor booth to collect their prize. Sponsors are required to provide the prize(s) to be awarded. Limited quantities available.
