Networking Opportunities

Host an NSGC Annual Conference official offsite networking function in New Orleans! This will be an informal evening with hors d’oeuvres at a local restaurant of your choosing. The Social Networking Function will provide a select group of attendees an opportunity for networking, conversation, and peer learning. NSGC will promote sponsor in the mobile app and in pre-event marketing materials. Sponsor to manage RSVPs and responsible for all rental and food and beverage costs associated with the event. You have the opportunity to be the exclusive host of the First-Time Attendee 101 & Networking Reception, dedicated to first-time attendees and how they can make the best out of their conference experience. Food & beverage cost is not included in the sponsorship fee and required by sponsor. Sponsor can provide logo on napkins as they enjoy the reception. NSGC will promote sponsor on signage, in the mobile app and in a promotional conference email.

Have a private meeting room at the Convention Center to host customers throughout the conference. Pick your day and advise on capacity requirements. Capacity over 50 is subject to pricing review. Must be an exhibitor to apply. Sponsored meeting rooms include sign outside of meeting room and notated in attendee schedule. AV and F&B not included. Limited quantities available.
