This is your company’s dedicated session to provide thought leadership on a topic relevant to the genetic counselor audience. Seminars are slotted in late spring for all of those who have requested to sponsor a session. Sponsor required to provide a minimum of 225 meals for attendees who register for their session. Food & beverage cost is not included in the sponsorship fee. Companies have the option to apply for CEUs for their session, following all NSGC CEU guidelines and policies. The Learning Theater, located in the exhibit hall, is an opportunity to speak directly to NSGC conference attendees on topics of interest. These short, interactive drop-in sessions run for 20 minutes. Seating, a podium, microphone and a monitor are provided. Promotions include a listing in the event app, signage, and announcements over the loudspeaker. Limited quantities available.
