Your Involvement
As an exhibitor, you play an essential role in this community, and in the journey that our attendees will become a part of during the Annual Conference experience. Your team will be able to showcase products or services in an exhibit booth, network with hundreds of attendees and other exhibitors, and connect face-to-face with qualified leads.
Booth Features
Make your presence known to a focused group of genetic counselors in the NSGC Exhibitor Suite. All booth inclusions and rates are provided below. Space Selection expected in May. Deadline to sign up is September 8, 2023.
Standard Exhibit Booth
- For-Profit: $4,100 | Early Bird: $3,900
- Non-Profit: $1,950 | Early Bird: $1,750
Early bird pricing ends March 22, 2023.
Corner Fee
- $500 per corner
Exhibitors will be bound by the booth construction rules included in the Exhibitor Resource Center.
Booth Inclusions
- One (1) 10’x10’x exhibit space (standard pipe and drape, (1) skirted table, two (2) chairs, ID sign)
- Two (2) complimentary exhibit-only registrations (additional registrants must pay the standard registration fee to attend the event)
- Listing in NSGC Conference Mobile App
- Carpet is not included in booth; exhibitors must purchase booth carpet
